Im thinking of going to do an MSc in Management Information Systems. Presently i work as a Junior Recruitment consultants here in Lagos. Im 24 years of age and female, but would want to move into full HR.
Please do u advice I still stay back and work a while or go to coventry and do my Msc.?
N.B My family is willing to foot the bill and i dont want this to be a wasted opportunity as they are quite willing and urging me to do it.

Seeing as Nigerians love school/degree/qualification from abroad, you might as well go for it.

And while you're there you could gather even more work experience. Will help your CV even more. Good luck.

^^I see your point. Your chances of getting accepted into the top colleges are pretty slim at the moment. But i'm sure with adequate work experience and relevant professional qualifications, you could easily get accepted into one the top colleges,over there in the UK. i'm sure we might be able to help you better if you tell us more about your professional life. e.g how many years exp. do you have in HR? Have you obtained any professional qualifications related to HR?
