An Anambra female lawyer, who allegedly brutalised an 11-year-old house help, has finally submitted to Police in the State.

Adachukwu Chikelu-Okafor, who allegedly inserted hot knife into the private part of the house girl, ran away after the incident.

She was declared wanted by the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and the State Ministry of Women Affairs with a bounty placed on her.

She was detained by the Anambra Police Command after submitting herself.

Anambra State Government confirmed her detention to reporters in Awka.


It was gathered that she allegedly boasted while manhandling the child that she was a lawyer, adding that nothing would happen to her
