With a budget of #7m in Abuja. Is it better to buy a 2000 sqm plot in a place like Gwagwalada or buy an <800sqm plot somewhere inside town like Idu, AMAC or someplace better? Purpose of purchase is to buy and develop later into a residential apartment for personal stay or renting it out. Thanks |
