Lol i have atleast 22hrs electricity everyday in Lagos.
There is 24hr electricity where i served in Ondo state even to this day.
Went to OAU, their lights is 24/7 and there is also 27/4 light in some part of Osogbo where they took the light from. Those are just the few places i know.

So rest, it is nothing special if that tiny place in aba(no even all) have constant electricity

Otti is a criminal. This we know. Nothing substantial has happened in Aba since ottis governance. I know this for a fact. Umule is still bad. Ngwa road is still bad. Faulks road is as Okezie left it. Osisioma is as Okezie left it. Otti just did some inner roads and put street lights in some inner streets for photo gimmicks. Major roads in Aba are still as Okezie left them. I listened to the interview and what Otti said is that there's a report and he has been informed that Abia state has 5% stake but he cannot verify that but he has instructed his financial department to investigate that..

As at 17 years ago when I was in OAU, the school had more traffic lights than all states in the South East put together.

OAU had 4G before the entire South East. The dates of rollout are online for any doubting Thomas.
