It is either you believe in the Word of YHVH Almighty or you don't.

That's correct but then when such a person is living a life that's harmful to others caution is needed and afterwards discipline.

Discipline is what will show that you still love the person so if he or she accepts discipline the cordial relationship will be restored but if not then the relationship is damaged yet the love is still there.

For instance before you marry or have children you love people around you and wish them well that is called 'AGAPE' it's after loving someone that you start to build a relationship with the person now the relationship is conditional unlike love (agape) the relationship can be damaged if the person doesn't care about your feelings but you never wish him or her evil even though the relationship ends you both aren't just compatible.
