Nwigbo SAN Urges FCC Commissioner To Apologise, Resign Over Alleged Certificate Fraud and Immoralities

Human Rights Lawyer, Ebuka Eze Nwigbo, on Friday, urged the Commissioner representing Enugu State at the Federal Character Commission, Ginika Florence Tor to resign and stop insulting the Easterners and most especially Enugu people following her unclarified stands on the allegations of Certificate Forgeries, Immoralities and other related Offences.

*The embattled Commissioner came under heavy criticism last week Thursday after police invitation letter surfaced, where she was detained and grilled for 8 hours on offences of Forgery and using as genuine forged documents in which her name features prominently.

The details of the police invitation of Enugu FCC Commissioner, Ginika Florence Tor on Certificates Forgery investigation are contained in a leaked memo dated February 19, 2024.

*Recall that the Nigerian Police, in observance of the principles of fair hearing, through the office of the Deputy Inspector-General of Police.
