We are currently seeking a professional and experienced truck driver to join our dynamic team. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently to various destinations.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate a truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
2. Ensure the safe and timely delivery of cargo, adhering to schedules and deadlines.
3. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify any issues and maintain the vehicle in good working condition.
4. Maintain accurate records of trip logs, fuel consumption, and other relevant information.
5. Follow all traffic rules and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
6. Load and unload cargo, sometimes with the help of a forklift or other equipment.
7. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.
8. Conduct regular maintenance checks and report any necessary repairs to the appropriate personnel.
9. Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver, with a proven track record of safe and efficient driving.
3. Knowledge relevant transportation regulations.
4. Strong understanding of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
8. Willingness to travel and spend time away from home, as required by the job.
