It is very good for salary earners....
As they get paid at the end of a month, they pay their rent straight-up. Nice budgeting

Then 4 months later, your Lanlord gets a better offer and gives you quit notice.

It's like tenants do not know the security that comes with a yearly rent plan.

Maybe it can work abroad. But for here, na tenants go lose pass

There is not just one format for all things in this abroad you speak of. There are multiple contracts available for people to choose from. undecided

No, its not!

it should have been but your white bandits have taught you people all manners of evils and wickednesses that, it is only going to be exactly as nigerian rule; peolple wondering whether parliamentary style is better than presidential style, then military style, then regional style.

No matter which style of rent, all will be bad and people will still suffer.
