Last year November,I removed one of my teeth and the dentist advised I go for dental implant at a cost #850,000 I ran away.

I have been there, the pain is terrible.
The pain is due to stimulation on nerve ending inside the tooth that is now exposed inside that hole, the will just clean out the inside of the teeth and fill it with a composite material and then reshape the tooth to how it was but make it clear you don't want amalgma feeling as it is silver in color and might be noticeable unless you don't care about that

Before taking out the tooth, I tried to do a root canal treatment to save the tooth at the same hospital. Cost was 35k... I was supposed to crown the tooth after the RCT with 50k, but I was ill-advised by my friend. He said the RCT was good and could last a long time without the crowning. The crowning is more like a case that is worn to the tooth like clothes, phone case, screen guard etc, for protection since it is in a solid state but still fragile.... I Sha didn't do it...

However, I was forced to remove the same tooth a year later after biting stone in suya😭😭.

Am not sure it was tooth ache u had. U mean the tooth ache just choose to not exist again, after washing ur mouth to get rid of food particles whenever u eat?

Even if it choose to not exist again for now, it might still come later. Maybe it just pause for a while. And mind u, better go to the dentist and find the best solution to dat teeth because, the decay in that particular teeth might spread to another.

When you are older and need to replace that tooth cheaply removed, you find out the cost is plenty.
Eg. When I was a teen, I pulled out a tooth that broke. I could have simply done a root canal with capping procedure. It was like 15k, but I removed the tooth for maybe 2k.
Few years later around 2004, I went to scubbs rental clinic, Apapa, guess what? I was billed $1250 for an implant replacement.

You just described what happened to me, I filled the teeth and as I was eating suya yesternight, the thing scattered, the pain if I go to that area is indescribable, I’m going to remove it this morning as I can’t even chew food in that area.
