i started using gym in early January. Mostly lifting weights as i have decided that 2024 is my year of getting my youthful physique back. Anyway, for some weeks now i have noticed that anytime i finish using gym, i get extremely Hot. Sometimes my thing gets so h**d that it almost becomes painful. Please is this normal.? Has anyone experienced this? Or should i just quit gym? |
