Today in kuje Abuja, I bought a bag of cement for 8700.
Just recently I saw online that the price has been reduced yet was selling for 10 to 13k per bag.
Please those of you whose area is selling at exorbitant price, please notify me the area so I can factor transportation cost to sell cheaper.

I need to get into a new line of business.

That man whose community is selling garri for 300naira per cup should please notify me so I can export and sell for 200naira.

Yet, Okpella where both Dangote and BUA are producing cement is in Edo State.

The ex-Factory price of cement is around N7,500. Even with the current price of diesel, moving cement from Okpella to Benin should not cost more than N500 per bag. That means major distributors should be selling around N8,300. Smaller distributors should be selling around N8500.

In my view, anything above N8,500 per bag in Edo State is greed.

The high rate of building houses by Yahoo boys in the south jack the prices of cement.
This boys no care whether a bag is 15k them go buy because them no sweat for the money wey no be their own.
