This country frustrates me everyday . Last month Opay asked me to submit my nin, which I did. Today they downgraded me to tier 2, asking me to submit my nin card . I submitted my national ID card from NIMC they rejected it. Stating that it is not nin card. My people that's how my journey to get nin card started o... I went to google, first method is through app. For more than 4 hours, this is what I have been passing through with the app after putting my nin... Still typing...

I decided to go through their portal. That one is more brain drawing. I have paid twice, nothing. They displayed N1000 but will charge you more than N1200 for the premium.. To download na another problem. I had to switch to my laptop. Now after downloading, to open the file, problem. Trying to upload pics |

I have resolved the issue. Although, I made use of a different phone. I later found out the problem, cause I was on WiFi. You need the Sim and the data on. No WiFi No use Sim 2 because data no dey for Sim 1... Thanks guys. |
