before Evans was caught kidnapping was on the low . or hardly ever happens . i think the president should declare every kidnapper instant death by publicly hanging or shooting them and then televising it . its just too much ...... a family friend of mine just got kidnapped and they are demanding 10 million naira to release her or they will kill her nd dump her body ,
