Ikeja Electric Issue by Onyezico: 9:08am On Mar 14
Good morning everyone,
I just wanted to confirm if there's any reason to be concerned. Based on the inquiry I made with Ikeja Electric regarding prepaid services, I was advised to first register for my Smart KYC as a new user before proceeding with anything else. I followed this advice, and yesterday, I was assigned an account number and ARN. I was then instructed to fill out the Migration form online.

However, a friend is now telling me that I will start receiving bills if I carry out the KYC process. On the other hand, Ikeja Electric customer service is advising me to continue with the process and fill out the Migration form online so that a code can be assigned to me for paying the meter, ensuring I won't be billed.

Can someone with relevant experience please advise me on this matter?
