If one negative review written by an unknown lady can kill a 40 years old business that prides itself as having over 100 million satisfied customers, then that business has no business doing business...

Haiti, in the shambles it is right now, is better run than Nairaland. That boy should leave another man’s platform and fix his own. The humans working in Twitter don’t have two brains each. He should pay people ready to work online to clean his forum.

What did the lady say again? That it taste like what?

I would love to taste this product if I can find it in the market. If the product is actually good the negative review would have actually resulted in increasing the awareness and market share of the product.

Some years back (I think around 2003/2004) when Dangote noodles was newly introduced into the market, there was a story of poisoning from Indomie. Then it was the dominant (if not the only) noodle brand.

Nafdag ordered a recall of a certain batch of the product and it really struck fear in the minds of people. People began to avoid Indomie.

The MD or CEO assured people of the product safety and insisted that his grand kids eat it too.

As Dangote noodles got introduced to the market around the same time, many suspected it was a sabotage from Dangote in order to sway buyers to its own brand. But no one knew the truth.

But in 2005 the demand for Indomie so surged that new noodle brands began to spring up to cash in to the new popularity of Noodles.

Even I who don't really like noodles began to learn how to eat it because it was now no longer children food but common quick food eaten by both young and old.

I still don't like noodles except I eat it with fried eggs. I now eat it a bit more (my own way with eggs) even though the price has reduced my purchase.

So if the product is good, it can turn to a positive like the case of Indomie.

The man should stop bullying people and throwing his weight around. This is Nigeria not just south east where people pay obeisance to him and let him rubbish the legal process just because he has money. Getting the igp to lock somebody up for a post is barbaric.
