Your phone must be compatible with e-sim Technology. If it is, then go to any service provider that supports e-sim like mtn and they will guide you through in minutes. |

1Alex: I don't understand your message. I am just clarifying what you said. The Google pixel is e-sim compatible. Did you stay in your house and download the e-sim ? Did you eventually go to the service provider office to be able to activate it and start using it. We are not arguing here, I am just making sure the right message is passed. e-sim is not downloaded.
