With Shaibu, Edo Greatness will reach the Skies

In the heart of Edo, a football lover arose
With passion for the game, his talent shows
Rt Hon Comrade Philip Shaibu, a man of sport
With Bendel Insurance, he held court

As deputy governor, he led the way
Developing clubs, making fans stay
But when ambition clashed with power
His position stripped, his dreams sour

Now Bendel Insurance, once proud and strong
Suffers in silence, things gone wrong
Edo Queens FC, a shadow of its past
Without Shaibu, the glory doesn't last

But hope remains in the hearts of many
That Shaibu will rise, triumphant and plenty
To lead Edo State with passion and flair
Reviving sports, showing he cares

So let us pray for Shaibu's victory
For Edo sports to once again be free
With him at the helm, a new dawn will rise
And Edo's greatness will reach the skies.
