I applied for PhD Computer System Engineering in New Zealand. My application was declined. Reason being that I don't have the necessary requirements for program.
I have my bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering
Masters in Computer and Control Engineering.

They went further to say that I can try other options.
Pp lease I need advise on how to move ahead in this matter.

Is it a general pool application ( an application u just applied for online and submitted ur credential for a non existent or existent school funded research )....i.e no research proposal ..no discussion with any researcher


Or u proposed ur own novel research idea and designed a proposal submitted to a specific lecturer or prof .??

I contacted a lecturer in the school who gave me the link which I used in applying.
He gave me this after sending him a cold email
He said if the school gives me admission then he will supervise me.

Did u guys actually discuss a specific research work..as in..did he properly interview u for a specific project?? If not......To me ooooo.....The lecturer was just trying to avoid being harsh.

..he ddnt really have the intentions of supervising you....because It's the lecturer or Prof that usually makes the school accept u and invest funding on you...which may be funding he has direct control over like from a external grant he won or funds from the school research purse allocated to each department

New Zealand no serious, their mode of admission is awkward gave me admission of 6months and want me to pay a 23,000 NZ dollar tuition fee,
