Hello realtors, i need a shop space where i can set up a drinking joint, and would also have a room where i can be living in there to monitor my sales, and avoid theft from these sales boys and girls.

Please how can y'all help me out with it?

I prefer Yaba as it's close to my work place, and i can just settle in once i close from work. This would also save me the expenses of renting another apartment with extra agency fees.
