We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farm Manager with commercial farm experience and sales acumen to join our team in Eruwa.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day farm operations, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, pest control, and maintenance of farm equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize crop yield and quality, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to sustainable farming practices.
• Manage a team of farm workers, providing leadership, training, and guidance to ensure productivity and safety on the farm.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers while also identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand sales channels and reach new markets.
• Develop and execute sales plans and marketing initiatives to promote farm products, including participating in farmers’ markets, establishing partnerships with local retailers, and managing online sales platforms.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation and pricing strategies.

**Requirements:*
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
• Proven experience in commercial farming operations, preferably with a focus on vegetable orchards and other crops.
• Demonstrated sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating customer relationships.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, motivate, and coordinate a team.
• Knowledge of agricultural practices, crop management techniques, and farm machinery operation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for agriculture and sustainability, with a commitment to promoting environmentally responsible farming practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
