Position: Legal Assistant
Location: kirikiri layout, Lagos State

Job requirements & responsibility
Must have 2-4 years post bar experience.
Candidate must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
• Draft and review contracts, agreements and letters.
• Manage legal documentations and correspondence in strict confidence, organize and track company files thereby making them available and easily accessible.
• Correspond with external solicitors, court and clients.
• Compile, analyze and organize information.
• Implement and improve administrative processes for efficient workflow.
• Prepare annual returns documents for filing, prepare deeds and agreements for registration and secure affidavits.
• Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary to effect company’s projects.
• Analyze the facts of cases and ensure that all relevant information is considered.
• Organize general, head of departments and management meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory framework for corporate governance.
• Obtain licenses and permits statutory required for the company’s nature of businesses.
• Representing the company during legal negotiations and other legal settlements.
• Provides company with legal advice and guidance, to advance transactions and dealings with third parties.
