That is unconstitutional. The police is to prosecute not handling him over to soldiers. Thats a breach of his rights. Thats how the soldiers got involved in the first place in a community fights thats police should have handled.

The army can't pass judgement on them na, we are not in military rule

Even the captured terrorist are always judge by court

There's no where in the world that the military will not first detain suspect who attack them

Before handling them over

The US Israel NATO etc does it

It was the Army that declared him wanted not the police. He reported himself to the police, that did the normal thing of handing over,I don't know what your problem is. Shouldn't the police hand him over?
