Tips For Airbrushing Cakes: Seeking Advice by scottmartin: 4:22am On Mar 30
Hello everyone.

I'm diving into the world of airbrushing cakes and could use some guidance. While I've watched tutorials and read up on techniques, I'm still a bit unsure about the best practices. Specifically, I'm wondering about the ideal consistency for the airbrush color, any particular brands or types of food coloring that work best, and tips for achieving smooth, even coverage without oversaturating the cake. Also, any recommendations for preventing clogging or spattering would be greatly appreciated. Share your expertise and let's elevate our cake-decorating game together!

Thanks in advance for any insights.
