If the truth is anything, it is that it sets one free. Totally. Yet, we are human. And even though the aim of the Christian life is to attain perfection, just as our Father in heaven is, time and time again we find there are stumbling blocks in each of our paths attempting to hinder this goal. In our catering to the needs of others, ours most times, we find ourselves moving from one church to the other, from one prophets to the other. Even, from one Apostles to the other.


The dismay is this, rather than achieve the solution they seek, many for politeness say few lose even more. Both financially and spiritually. Acquiring more problem. For seeking God through his acclaimed representatives and workers.

Since life in Nigeria doesn't give the choice of absence, that is to not seek God, how can you as a person find a true representative of God on earth? We can leave the argument of a need for one as a child of God for some later thread.

1. AUTHORITY OF WORD AND DEEDS: So shall it be is a characteristic feature of the Almighty God. In all records this is true. And this is true for his representatives. Messengers if you'll prefer. In words and in deeds, whatever is said and done under the directive of Jehovah must in accordance be so. Keywords under the directive.

From Moses to Christ, to the Apostles of old, the mark of a representative of God is the authority of Words and Deeds. Words are time-stamped. 3. MEMBERS NOT PERSON: The characteristic of the Church of Christ is the distribution of gifts. In the early church this is seen. Various ranks of gifts working together. Apostles, prophets, healers, preachers, teachers. In a church where a single person claims to encompass all this and functions as such you're looking outrightly at an occultic arrangement. In the church of Christ, there are many members and services and these function together. So, if you find yourself in a church where the founder is the only authority you're most likely in the midst of wolves. The Church of Christ is to be richly blessed with various spiritual gifts. Executed as such with freedom. Such that, it shouldn't be only G.O conducting services.


4. FRUITS: A minister of God cannot be a pedophile now, can he? Neither can he be an adulterer? We are humans, yes. Fallible. Still, an ungodly lifestyle cannot be the habit of a person born of the Spirit of God. A notable difference.
