You have to take the charging station/charger into consideration. I.e would it be dual, solar and electric or just solar.

Eight hours charging time means a user will have to keep it out of use for most of the day which is not palatable.

My recommendation, two batteries, so that kf one is discharged, the other can serve am extra day, also incase of bad weather if using solar charging.

Find a charging system that can complete the charging in timely manner. Current research indicates many fast charging options amd more durable batteries are mow been discovered. Research into this. Fine tune the i vention. If solely dependent on sunshine, 2-4 hours charging to full capacity will be a cool idea if such an option would exist. This would require a few things :

1. Efficient solar system to large charging

2. Durable battery that can withstand large power

3. Super fast charhing systems

My research indicates batteries are now been developed that can withikd capauty for long and charging technologies that can charge batteries to full capacity within hours

Do digging. Spend some months on it. When you have finetuned the idea, if it can be adopted in speed boat designs, do so, then contact me by August/September

Where are you based?

How much to build a prototype?

What's your proposed final consumer price?

Are you building other component or outsourcing?

8hrs charge time is not realistic. Too long

Kebbi state.we are currently in talks with the government of kebbi state on a contract to provide 200 units to the police force of the state.

The prototype cost 900 thousand naira

Final consumer price is 1.3 million naira

For now we are outsourcing but we plan to change that in the near future
