Years of experience- 4 to 6 years

Languages- Excellent in oral and written English communication

Technical knowledge- MS-Office proficiency

1. Ensure unauthorized persons are not granted access into the office without permission.
2. Scan documents as required, Filing, drafting letters as per information shared.
3. Update databases and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
4. Creating MOM of the meetings attended, keep a calendar of appointments updated.
5. Arrange and coordinated timely deliveries of goods to the customers using (Car, Boat or Dispatch companies)
6. Receives correspondent and deliver to the appropriate department.
7. Attend to requests, queries by employees and clients/vendors and send report to the relevant department.
8. Maintain an up-to-date record of all invoices and waybills for deliveries.
9. Coordinate office procedures.
10. Management of office equipment and maintain a filing system.
11. And any other duties/tasks that may be assigned from time to time
12. Coordinate with all department heads for reporting of daily operational tasks.
