Urgent Vacancy for Office Assistant

Location- Lagos
Reporting Manager – PA To Executive Director

Job role and Requirements
Must have 4 to 6 years on the job
Must have technical knowledge- MS-Office Proficient
Must be proficient in oral and written English
. Ensure unauthorized persons are not granted access into the office without permission.
. Scan documents as required, Filing, drafting letters as per information shared.
. Update databases and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
. Creating MOM of the meetings attended, keep a calendar of appointments updated.
. Arrange and coordinated timely deliveries of goods to the customers using (Car, Boat or Dispatch companies)
. Receives correspondent and deliver to the appropriate department.
. Attend to requests, queries by employees and clients/vendors and send report to the relevant department.
. Maintain an up-to-date record of all invoices and waybills for deliveries.
. Coordinate office procedures.
. Management of office equipment and maintain a filing system.
. And any other duties/tasks that may be assigned from time to time
. Coordinate with all department heads for reporting of daily operational tasks.
