We are seeking a Customer Interaction Officer to join our team. As a Customer Interaction Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, and ensure that all interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in microbiology, pharmaceutical, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
