MALE/FEMALE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED

LOCATION: GBAGADA

Salary: 70K to 80K

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a customer-oriented representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
� Minimum Qualification: Degree
� Experience Level: Entry level
� Experience Length: 1 year

RESPONSIBILITIES
� Manage considerable amount of incoming calls and messages simultaneously.
� Generate sales leads
� Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
� Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer
accounts through open and interactive communication
� Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
� Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling / message quotas
� Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
� Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
� Ensure supplies and properly arranged to maintain the visual appeal to of store .

REQUIREMENTS
� Minimum academic qualification of a BSc/ equivalent in any field
� Must have completed NYSC
� Experience in customer service
