Noah's ark story.Imagine Noah sending special invitations to all the Animals across the earth then to come and board his ark. They obeyed and all conveyed in one ark.

Later now you'll be claiming you know/read Bible more than anybody.

Where did you read it from that Noah sent special invitation to all the animals across the earth?

Lions and Buffalos were best friends in the ark, Tigers was very closed to Antelopes . The relationship between the animals all through the event was just mesmerizing.

grin

It's God's work not Noah's work.

That's why it's called Miracle.

Hahaha, I made it simpe ni without cracking head about how Noah was able to communicate with the animals that are not around his territory to come and board his ark.

And that shows you don't understand what you're using as a point. Which means you're simply painting a wrong picture of what transpired for cheap likes.

Could you tell us more about Noak's ark?

The fact is the picture you're trying to paint doesn't exist.

If you read Bible you will see all you need to know about Noah's Ark.

But while reading it, have it at the back of your mind that Noah never claimed everything happened on their own cause but through divine guidance.

Like the picture you're trying to paint, this is what the scripture says "Pairs of every kind of bird, and every kind of animal, and every kind of small animal that scurries along the ground, WILL COME TO YOU TO BE KEPT ALIVE." - Gen 6:20 which means those animals will come through the help of God to where Noah is.

COMRADES, mine was, when Jesus was asked by Pilate; are you the Messiah? Jesus answered him; you said so
I think, the right answer could have been, yes I am
Pilate was a Non-israelite --- a dog. Remember Jesus Christ's response to the Canaanite woman. Also see Matthew 7 vs 6. Jesus Christ said He was sent only to the Lost Sheep of Israel so He had no reason to discuss His identity or person with any of those He was not sent to, including Pilate. . undecided

He answered with wisdom to avoid getting trapped.

If he had answered, 'yes i am' Pilate would have asked follow up questions like 'who made you the messiah', 'where did you come from' etc

Jesus was been smart.

mine is the story of all these highly respected men of the bible (King David/Solomon, Abraham, Jacob etc) that were obviously fornicators with countless concubines, babymamas and mistresses yet were not seen as sinners...

the only one that was remotely punished for such act, was simply because he had sex with a MARRIED woman. but if the women were single, there was never any problem with being a fornicator.

its the hypocrisy of the bible as it is obvious the bible sees nothing wrong with a man having multiple wives, as below verse shows:
Deuteronomy 21:15
15 If a man has two wives, and he loves one but not the other, and both bear him sons but the firstborn is the son of the wife he does not love,

Exodus 21:10
10 If he marries another woman, he must not deprive the first one of her food, clothing and marital rights.

Judges 8:30
30 He had seventy sons of his own, for he had many wives.

2 Chronicles 11:21
21 Rehoboam loved Maakah daughter of Absalom more than any of his other wives and concubines. In all, he had eighteen wives and sixty concubines, twenty-eight sons and sixty daughters.

... and the list goes on.

I disagree with you, Jesus didn't answer the Pilate that way because Pilate was non Jews. Didn’t Jesus answer the same way he did to Pilate when John the baptist sent his disciples to inquire whether he was the Messiah?

Let's say we are listening to or reading what a person penned down about an event that happened yesterday how many listeners or readers would not find the story complicated?

The only thing that will help to makes sense in any story is when we know the intention of the characters involved otherwise no single story we ever heard in the past is not complicated that's why the police always try to get as many witnesses as possible then interrogate them to say what they know through this we will start seeing the things unseen even by the narrator who told the story! smiley

The biggest miracle is the creation of the universe, even scentist although they cannot explain but yet evidence points that the universe has a beginning, now which means whatever brought the universe into existence is outside space-time.
If the all scientific evidence points to the biggest miracle which is the creation of the universe out of nothing then snake talking, Noah's ark, fish that swallow Jonah etc is little in comparison.
One miracle is needed for science to be possible and that is the creation of the universe but however miracle is miracle, everybody believes in atleast one miracle.
To belive your existence is just by chance is another miracle in itself.

Jesus Christ was equally not sent to people like John the Baptist either. Recall, He made clear He was sent to the sinners and not the saints? John the Baptist was an Old Law saint and had no need for Jesus Christ. undecided

Is there a story you feel seem complicated? Kindly share!

I think mine would be Job. He did nothing and God was just like to Satan: "See my servant Job. There is no one on earth as faithful and good as he is..." and it led to Job's misery in the end by Satan only to rekindle it later.

Was that really necessary!
what you don't understand is that what happened to Job was a lesson, that man is not to rely on their righteousness or that doing righteousness does not mean life would not happen, it also teaches that trials are to try ones faith and after this there is victory for the righteous at the end as was job.

secondly it is a pointer to the suffering of christ who even though he was righteous yet suffered for the sin of the world.

Second, what was really the crime of the firstborn children of the Egyptians that was killed as part of the plagues?
It was a justice, you reap whatever you sow, the Egyptians killed the children of Israelites because of jealousy and now they lost theirs.

And I think it's the Pharaoh's story too. God sent Moses to tell Pharoah to let his people go. Pharoah refused. At a point under duress, he let the people go. And guess what? God still stiffens his heart that he pursued them?
God hardens pharaohs heart as a judgment so that pharaoh would fully bear the consequences of his sin. He hardened his heart against the word then God grant him his wish, his heart became hardened, when one rejects the God's goodness then God gives that person what he or she wants wrath.

In all honesty and with the suffering I don personally face for Nigeria, if the devil was erased from Eden from the beginning, life could have been easier. The Jesus story of dying for our sins is long procedures. Many years have passed to prove a point abeg
erasing Satan would not solve the problem of sin, Satan has already planted the sin of rebellion eliminating him would not remove the seed, God had equipped Adam and eve to defeat Satan, so it is their responsibility to obey God.

Jesus death shows that God's justice must be fulfill, God does not cut corners, all of God's righteous demand must be met, it also shows how much God hate sin.

And I can never believe a white man died for the sins of a black man.

What about Jonah nko...

Wey fish swallow for 3 whole days?

Also the tree of life... God for no just use am tempt Adam and eve na. After all he is all seeing and know the end from beginning so He already know they will fall.

King Solomon wey marry 1000 wives apart from girlfriends na how he take dey run am?

Many of those Bible story no clear Sha!
The fish that swallowed Jonah was prepared by God for that purpose or you want to tell me you know all the fish that has ever existed?
First and foremost the tree of life was not put there as a test but to sustain man, I guess you are talking about the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Adam and evil had to show their loyalty to good, hence God gave them some restriction.
No Christian would tell you Abraham, Solomon David where perfect, nobody is truly righteous by their works hence scripture says all have sinned and come short of God's glory.
In the time of the old testament christ has not being revealed,
