The Director, Directorate of traffic services, Dr Abdul-Lateef Bello has congratulated Muslims around the world on this year eid-el-fitri celebration. In his sallah message, He admonished the Muslim faithfuls to imbibed
the teaching of our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and also enjoined Nigerians to pray for the prosperity of our country.

"This sacred month has left us with increasing Duas and Supplications to Almighty Allah, and I believe our collective prayers will be answered — it will serve as a cornerstone for peace, progress and development of our dear country Nigeria".

"I implore us all to inculcate the teachings of our noble Prophet (PBUH) in our individual lives, and let the reflection of the knowledge learnt in this month set a pedestal for us to thrive".

"While we remain hopeful of a turnaround in the economic quagmire and security defect bedeviling the country, it is my believe that the blessings of this year's Ramadan will stimulate a new dawn for us as a people".

"Let's work to translate our conducts beyond Ramadan, and exemplify the beauty of Islam in all our endeavors. Together, we can strike a balance and live a world free of prejudice", He concluded.
