Lawyers trace that the origin of Law and Law practice can be seen even from the beginning in the Garden of Eden.

First, we see Laws are given eg "Night and Day, h "Be fruitful and multiply; earth bring forth grass and living creatures including man.after their kind etc

Then in relation to man "Thou shalt be male and female (not transgender, binary and all those fabrications which man has invented upon himself); be fruitfull, multiply, replenish...

Thou shalt eat every green herb (no flesh at first);

Then the first "Thou shalt not", which is the popular "thou shalt not eat the fruit of the Tree of good and evil"

So, first you see The Laws we all see and have come to kbow were Set by God and even given and in place even before plants and animals and man were even created.

Which is why legallers (lawyers trained to see only the commands and procedure which their kings have given as laws but is fake law) say "everything must be lawed" (whether the orders comes from a ruler who sits lawfully or not eg bandits, invaders aka colonialists, soldiers, ambitious power hungry men aka politicians etc. And this is where the legallers conveniently forget The Law, "Action does not arise from an unlawful cause/Fraud corrupts all/Some thing placed on no thing, does not stand"

Whereas everything has already been Lawed by God even before man was created

Which is why even before Ur and their King Hammurabi fabricated his own adulterated laws (said to be the oldest man made laws and origin/basis of constitutions and codes as made by unlawful rulers/lawful rulers today) Laws regarding Rights, Obligations, Offences Contracts, Marriage, Inheritance, Rights of children, judgment of disputes etc were already being practiced, upheld and respected in areas older than Ur.eg Kish and Uruk.

All practicing Law and Just is without any code or constitution because God has already set The Law and every man born grows to see it and know it and learn it, even though it was not Written.

Which is why we see The Law in play in Genesis even though it was not Written.

Thus we see The Law of fair hearing, where we see the accused, Adam male and female are presumed innocent until proven"

And then the accused is lnformed of his offence (Hast thou eaten of the fruit which i commanded you not to eat?

Then the accused confesses to his crime (thereby discharging God, The Prosecutor of the need of proving the fact and Truth of Adam's crime) and implicates another who gets her own fair hearing getting a "hast thou done this?"

Then she implicares a known criminal who is known to The Court to be a criminal who goes about getting people to commit crime (Judicial Notice) so presumption of guilt and guilt is immediately.entered especially as the criminal did not object to the accusation (neither could he deny it because nobody can Lie to God's Face) so, criminal is found guilty.

Then judgment on the Truth of the case is entered for God saw that Adam only disobeyed because he wanted to make his wife happy so he listened and obeyed her.

Whereas the wife believed Satan and loved the ideas he sold to her and she.bought it just like an unfathfull wife buys the ideas of her toasters.

So, she committed more crimes of Greed, unfaithfulness, betrayal and rejection/abandonment of God and male Adam in her bid to commit this crime before she found out too late that what her toster, Satan said was a lie.

Then she commits more crimes after that for because of her and by her, the whole human world is killed by death. First world wide mass murderer.

So in addition to her crimes of disobedience and unfaithfulness, she then murdered all of God's children not yet born. Abortion.

That is why God did not conclude her cased but just reeled out some interim judgments case for her.crimes are still loading and have not yet concluded and so He adjourned her case sine die

And that is why we see the phenomenon of what people describe as God hates Women

So, you see, so many rules of Law and procedure and practice we have today were also present and in play at Genesis, even though no Law and procedure was written .

Same thing we see in Cain who simply pleaded The Law of Fair Hearing (Double Jeopardy) that "An accused should not be punished twice for the same offence" since God has already exercised Jurisdiction over his case, so let not man seeing or hearing about his evil act not come and also do Law upon him by killing him because they have seen and heard that he had wickedly killed his brother.

So you see God acting under Law and Procedurei

And this where we see the origin of Natural Law Courts evilly and fearfully tagged by devils as jungle justice/ mob action.

For in that Court, devils and all lawbreakers will be found guilty.and they shall receive their due punishment for every evil they have done.

And that is why they went to create their own courts and their own fake laws called legal, both of which you see today.

Which is why their courts can never fully apply The Law nor can tbey do just is. For if Law is truly apllied, from the president or king to the politician and from the army to the police, all of them shall be declared unlawfull by The Law

So you see, all the actions of.government from 1956 till date are illegal, (as legallers would shout) unlawful and null and void.

Which is everything that both the ruler and the ruled can do.can be rendered and found null and void, and there is no just is there.

Whereas, we can see that God gave all reasonable men jurisdiction to hear and determine any matter or dispute which they see or hear, hence the origin and jurisdiction of the jury system of judgment.

For tbe jury system is supposed to be the convening of The Natural Law Courts where all things are judged in accordance with Natural Law and Natural Just is and Procedure by the people of the community themselves.

Which is something which resembles what we have been deceived to call democracy, but it is not democracy for democracy is a scam and a deceit doing exactly what legal did to Law.

And it is from here that communities then created their own local and native "laws' of customs and traditions that is supposed to be good for members of their community. So now we see the origin of our local traditions and custon and the power and right and jurisdiction they had to control our communities, before those white bandits came and scattered everything after they had already perfected their own established unlawfulness, came unlawfully, and unlawfully took over our lands and unlawfully ruled over us and anlawfully taught us their unlawfullness which they called democracy..

Meanwhile, The Law had Said "Action does not arise from an unlawful cause/Fraud, deceit, misrepresentation, violence and duress corrupts all"

So you see why there can never be Law and Just is in government and government institutions like the courts (from the Magistrate to supreme court) or the police or customs, firs, road safety etc?
