The man was known to law
enforcement and did not hold "terrorist motivations or ideology"

Translation: They found out it wasn’t a Muslim and so are no longer calling it a terrorist attack.

Now you know, for the exact same attack they use the word β€œterrorist” if the perpetrator is a Muslim.
