SHELTER OF KINDNESS: AKABOM SETS TO DONATE HOUSE TO AN INDINGENT

The picture below is the house of Mr. Anyanime Sunday Mark, a palm fruit cutter from Ikot Ekong village, Ika LGA undergoing construction.

The house was in a dilapidated state, but on seeing the condition of the man and the house, Hon. Ndifreke Akabom was compassionately moved to build, furnish and donate a new house to Mr. Mark. The house will be handed over to the beneficiary next week.

According to Hon. Akabom, his decision stemmed from Gov. Umo Eno's ARISE COMPASSION SHELTER Initiative targeted at building standard houses for the less privilege and economically disadvantaged members of our society and his love for humanity.
