A company executive, Israel based businessman, Dr. Collins Afam Nebo has said, that Udi as an ancient kingdom will regain its former glory, because a new traditional ruler and president general have emerged in the town.
Nebo made the declaration while speaking with newsmen, shortly after the coronation of their new traditional ruler, Igwe Sam Aneke the Okwuluoha 4th of Udi ancient kingdom, and Dr. Chinedu Onyia, as their president general.
He expressed the view that with the duo, Udi ancient kingdom would regain its glory.
The businessman therefore charged the new royal father, Igwe Sam Aneke to use his wide experience to pilot the affairs of the community,he called on the people to continue to give their maximum support, to their Monarch and the president general.
Earlier Dr. Nebo had appreciated the progress on his scholarship schemeto the people of the community,assuring more support to the lessprivileged ones in the community.
He finally commended Governor Peter Mbah on how he has been piloting the affairs of the State since he assumed office.
