This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, communication, customer support, and sales. The role will involve engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our IT services, answering inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and converting leads into sales.

Customer Service and Customer Support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to effectively present and promote IT services
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
