JOB DESCRIPTION
. An apt understanding of the Woodwork Industry
• Provides general guide as to how organization should function.
• Supervises and ensures Company remains competitive.
• Define organizational standards and parameters of operation.
• Research and development of 21st century solutions.
• Creation of policies to serve as general guide for the company.
• Ensure every department is operating in optimal capacity.
• Forecasting problems and solutions before they crop up.
• Creation and review of contracts with Partners, Clients, and Vendors.
• Identify and advice on Exhibitions and programs to attend both local and international.
• Implementation, monitoring, and control.
• Leadership skills.
• Communication skills.

Location: Abuja (Proximity is very important)

Salary: 540,000 monthly including Benefits


Chief Operations Officer’s Requirement
1. 5 to 10 years of experience in operations- (part of which should be in the chief operations officer role), business development and Management (from a manufacturing company will be an added advantage).
2. Bachelor’s degree in operations management, project management, strategic management, business management, or similar.
3. Extensive experience in an operations management position, or similar.
4. In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning
5. Very good leadership and communication skills.
6. Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability
7. Advanced knowledge of best business practices
8. Adequate experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
9 Experience in the use of ERP systems
