Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on expanding our client base and reinforcing client relations, while also overseeing our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of the tech and SaaS markets, particularly within the restaurant and hospitality industries.

Responsibilities:
- Develop growth strategies and plans to increase client acquisition.
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
- Increase client engagement through innovative sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate with stakeholders and identify business opportunities.
- Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of engaging presentations to prospective clients.
- Work closely with the marketing department to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Attend networking events, seminars, and conferences to build industry connections.
- Provide insightful feedback from clients to enhance product development.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
