Since I was born, I know say people dey beg and bill. It was not that bad during Abacha time or IBB time or even Obasanjo times, now with Tinubu it is very bad. People are begging to survive or billing to survive. You cannot enjoy your money in peace, the billing now is at all time high. Now you see grown men asking small boy for money, people wey you never imagine - come dey beg. It is very bad and I blame the Government for horrible economic turnout.
There is suffering in the country, I hate Nigeria for the way it is turning out to be. Imagine old man begging for money from a small yahoo boy. Too many eye service for the wrong people because people are hungry so they can soak garri to bellyful.

Imagine a situation where I have to pay someone's NEPA bill of #2000. I was speechless seeing a man with his family begging a fellow that he shouldn't cut off their light. they would pay him the money next month that he should have mercy on them considering the fact that things are hard these days..

Immediately the guy left, I went to the man and asked him what happened he said it was NEPA bill. I asked how much he said 2k. I told him to call the guy. He did, I gave the guy the 2k. Omo, it was like I paid his children's school fees. Even his wife was thanking me.

I shook my head in disbelief and left.

I agree the FG policies have made things a lot worse, but people must also start holding their state govts to account. Since fuel subsidy was removed, the monthly FAAC allocations to states has actually gone up. What are the governors doing with the funds? Why are we not seeing projects like small call farming and processing being supported by the states. it's really difficult for the country to move forward when 2 out of 3 of the tiers of govt, are basically 'Missing In Action'

So bad. The rates witches now position themselves under one's roof to press at night with money in view is equally alarming.
Embrace production, they said it is expansionism they want to do so that spending can increase as they print dough to pay the labourers their daily wages.

The politicians are taking most of the allocation straight to the forex market to buy portable bills.
I blame whoever's gave them so much money to be tunnelling through the forex market.
We read of how Yahya Bello of Kogi took money from state account to BDC and paid his son's school fee so Tinubu knows what is up with the people he is arming with borrowed and printed cash.
