The chairman's celebration with the less privileged in Okobo was in line with the State government's earlier directives, that those wishing to celebrate Governor Umo Eno through publications of goodwill messages in the media, should rather use such resources to provide relief materials and gift items to the less privileged ones and Persons with disabilities in the society.
