The man has cancer of the pancreas. In almost every case I've read about, life expectancy was six months or less. Some were lucky to last a couple more years if detected early enough but it was very rare.

These people were the ones who taught us to lighten or emphasize on situations using choice of words. No wonder. The funny thing is a good percentage of their population is so illiterate that a Nigerian can teach them their God-given language.
