NNPCL should get the refinery it has to work...stop wasting public funds on refineries you can't put to work. Let private companies invest in refineries...these set of politicians don't have what it takes.

Always signing nonsense. What of the PH Refinery that was to start refining in December 2023, then shifted to February 2024, then April 2024 which ends in 4 days. I spent 4hrs at the filling station yesterday. Mumu people

This is so confusing.

Why would private refineries be sited in the premises of existing refineries that are moribound. Why not just fix existing refineries and let new ones find their location and lay their pipelines.

And who are the 11 equity holders in the SPV. I do not understand why this is is shrouded in Secrecy.

BlackRock has bought off almost all entities in Ghana. I hope the same is not happening in Nigeria with these unplanned investments.
