You have over 1000 schools and almost none was functioning well. Is it better to spend billions in building new schools or to spend very few millions in fixing the ones you already have? Schools were not the problem for Anambra people rather it was education and that's what Peter focused on and did very good job at it. Agbadorians wanted him to build schools when all Anambra people needed at that time was good financial management and end to chop I chop politics. What they fail to understand is that in Onitsha alone, almost every street has one private school. Same thing here in Owerri and in Aba. Abia people need roads and tomorrow, one fool will expect Otti to leave road projects and build schools. Agbadorians are clowns.
