How Can I Love God?

First accept his love for you through his word, Jesus Christ and the gospel Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand.

When you Repent your heart is broken from the things you have done wrong, and your contrite heart is acceptable unto God and made new when you seek forgiveness and turn to Him.

After that as long as your repentance is genuine, God who sees the heart will give you His Holy Spirit to shed love across your heart and then you will love him with all your heart and the love of this world and things of this world will be less in you.


So first you repent, believe and accept his love

Then to love God you love your neighbours, you become righteous by giving to those in need and helping those in need. If you don't love others then God's love is not in you and you are not born again.

Certainly, we are weak, so we need to "pray without ceasing" (Thessalonians 5:17) and read the living (Hebrews 4:12-13), Holy Bible constantly, trusting in GOD to help us "obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need." (Hebrews 4:16)

Do you remember how the Lord YESHUA - the WORD HIMSELF - responded to the enemy in the wilderness in Matthew 4:1-11? The Lord answered with the word of GOD every time, quoting from the book of Deuteronomy! We should know the word of GOD and respond likewise... "Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you." - James 4:7

"Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” - Matthew 26:41

You can't love what you can't see but then you can show love to what you can't see by acting on what you heard about Him.

For instance if you heard that God wants you to do something but it seems senseless from your point of view your love for God will make you start asking for the reason why such a thing should be done your love for God will not allow you to rest until you know why then after knowing you will gladly do it even heartily call others to join you in doing God's will.

But if you don't love God you will only join in doing whatever pleases you!
