Re: Disquiet In The Ministry Of Marine And Blue Economy – OUR ERROR
Desgud by Desgud April

We have since discovered the facts in the above publication and came to the conclusion that we at the editorial team of Arewa Reporters, was misled into publishing a false information.

To this end, we tender an unreserved apology to the Hon. Minister, Adegboyega Oyetola and his son, Femi Oyetola.

We regret any embarrassment the said publication may have caused the minister and his son.

It is our tradition that before any publication, the facts of the matter must be thoroughly examined before going to the press.

However, in this particular news item, the editor having instructed that the story be fact-checked, the uploader did not bother to get clearance before proceeding with the publication.

In this light , the medium sees the need to issue this apology to show that as an organisation we have nothing personal against either the minister or the son.

We were misled, hence, this apology. The right measures have been taken against those responsible for this embarrassment and we shall guide against future occurrence.

Moreso, very strict internal measures have been put in place to avoid embarrassment.

Kindly accept this as our unreserved and sincere apology.

Be rest assured of our warmest regards.

Doesn't change the fact that Oyetola is clueless and his been minister is because he is related to the President. He's not doing NADA in that ministry
