The perfect recipe for corruption in an agency like NNPCL is allowing one man head it for so long. Same man who cannot revive any refinery but is building roads and pipelines and power plants should not be walking free let alone heading a top govt organisation. |

NNPC is no longer in charge of fuel importation for marketers. Fuel imports have been streamlined and decentralized such that every marketer can source and import fuel for retailing.
