You still wonder why things are so expensive? It's because we have a government that's driven by intense avarice. And they are making the entire citizens pay for it.

Fuel was #160 with Subsidy, you came in and announced subsidy removal, fuel climbed to #600. Yet, from believable sources, you are still paying subsidy. That is highly fraudulent!!!!

To clear a 40ft container now, you need to budget #14m-15m as against #5.5m-#7 before this government came in. The first container my company cleared was 1x20ft container, and it was done with about #2.5m, late 2020.

How much do you expect someone who spent that amount for only clearing to sell his products?

Whether we like it or not, Nigeria is still heavily dependent on importation. It will take years for it to stabilize.

The current mentality with which the present government is approaching this duty and all stuff is not one that is centered around making the citizens' life better. It is more of, "Let's grab all we can, and the time starts now".

Worst of it all, they don't care. Why? Because the past engagements of the leader of this government are in such a way that you don't have any empathy towards anyone. You hit without mercy, so long as your interests are protected.

If you are kind of person that hopes on government, you have never been this wrong.

Because it looks like this government right here is out to impoverish a lot of people in order to keep them under servitude, then enrich very few who would come on the internet to defend the worst of impunities.

All in all, e go better.
