I made this thread for people to see that Yoruba already had a fashion sense and their own clothing textile called "Ofi" as you will see in most of the pictures before the arrival of Oyinbo.

The name is so powerful that it goes international

The day I saw Àsake shut down O2 Arena with just Yoruba language song, that day I KW the Will of God is done

The only tribe in Nigeria without mixture of language

See the olowu picture . Only girls . All his sons have been bought and transported across the Atlantic as slaves by the white men who made those photos
