So, where is the $200 million investment destroyed?

Are containers, tents chairs and mats on the beach now worth $200 million

So what's the need of the permanent structure since the beach front is destroyed

Come, have you ever build and manage business in your life?

And it doesn't matter to you that Tinubu, who has yet to create a single job, is destroying more than 10 resort centers with the attendant job losses.

10 resorts centres compared to thousands of resort centres, industries, new coastline cities hotels and businesses that the Coastal Highway will create?

I forgot, maybe you graduated from Gbajue School of Misplaced Priority

Jobs lost? When the road is to be constructed for public interest.

Why is landmark laying claim to what is not is?

It will create, but it hasn't.

Imagine destroying certainty for uncertainty.

Typical of a supporter of individual who became a guinea pig student at the government college in Lagos used to test run the school four years before it was founded.

The beach side route is far more cheaper and more humane than expanding the existing road. If the road was expanded to accommodate for the highway , more houses including the landmark main building would have been affected.

.

The section of encroached beach front earmarked for demolition isn't up to a kilometer sef.

The landmark dude is just being dubious.

I am sure he wanted more money as compensation than what he got for encroaching on federal land without approval.

Does landmark father own the beach or why should he have access to the beach front. Did he not fenced the property he bought from Oniru was the beach front part of what he paid for ?

They do not have business sense ... hence many are in abject poverty. Remove crude supply channel from Dangote's Refinery and you have an empty shell structure.
Dimwits know nothing!!!
