The beach side route is far more cheaper and more humane than expanding the existing road. If the road was expanded to accommodate for the highway , more houses including the landmark main building would have been affected. . The section of encroached beach front earmarked for demolition isn't up to a kilometer sef. The landmark dude is just being dubious. I am sure he wanted more money as compensation than what he got for encroaching on federal land without approval. |
