LIFE AND TIME (Part 243)

TIME: Thinking Into Momentary Enterprise.

Before you ask God for glorification, first ask yourself if you are ready to lead a responsible life.

The word Responsible means; to be answerable or accountable for an act performed or for its consequences. (English Dictionary)

You must deny yourself of some personal comfort and pleasures, knowing you have a Master to report to, with ample consciousness of the fact that your actions, composure, dressing, inactions, reactions and words can either announce or dent the kingdom you represent.

John 13:31-32;
[31] Therefore, when he was gone out, Jesus said, Now is the Son of man glorified, and God is glorified in him.
[32] If God be glorified in him, God shall also glorify him in himself, and shall straightway glorify him.

When an altar carries tangible fire, it is not the altar that illuminates and attracts people but the fire. Humans, insects and anything attracted to that fire will come around, not because of the altar but the fire, but for you to get to the fire, you must see and make contact with the altar.

John 13:31-32; {Message Bible}
31] When he had left, Jesus said, "Now the Son of Man is seen for who he is, and God seen for who he is in him. The moment God is seen in him,
32] God's glory will be on display. In glorifying him, he himself is glorified - glory all around!

Glory is a two way thing.
The altar must LOVE and yield to the heat of the fire for it to be relevant.
